Job Description

Supervise day-to-day functioning of the facility

· Ensure all services (admission, meals, housekeeping, medication, etc.) are running smoothly

· Monitor client progress and compliance with treatment plans

· Step in for the Home Manager during absences

· Monitor clients’ behaviour and well-being

· Assist in client admissions and onboarding process

· Help monitor supplies, cleanliness, and maintenance needs

· Assist with updating client files and reports

Required Skills

· Proven leadership abilities are key, including the ability to inspire and motivate staff, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a collaborative work environment.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for interacting with patients, families, and staff.

· Ability to collaborate and lead team effectively

· Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, best practices in care management.

Proximity to the facility will be considered.

Education and Training

A bachelor’s degree is the minimum requirement, and a master’s degree in healthcare administration is an added advantage or a related field is often preferred.

Experience

1-3 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably within a rehabilitation centre or similar setting, is essential. This experience should demonstrate a proven track record of success in managing teams and operations
