Job Description
Budgety is an AI personal finance assistant that gives Canadians a full view of their finances, analyses their spending habits, creates actionable plans and provides real time guidance to achieve their financial goals.
We’re a lean team, building and shipping fast. We obsess over what users actually need and strip out what they don’t. Thousands of Canadians already trust Budgety to track their money automatically, chat with Buddy AI, and finally feel on top of things. But we’re just getting started.

Key Responsibilities
– Develop and execute a content and social media strategy that deepens engagement and expands our B2C audience
– Create and edit short-form video and written content optimized for social platforms like Reddit, YouTube, Instagram, and in-app engagements. .
– Manage influencer and creator partnerships to drive awareness and acquisition
– Lead the development of marketing materials, including sales enablement and outreach assets
– Own and maintain marketing content on Budgety’s website, mobile applications and via email, ensuring messaging and visuals align with brand strategy
– Plan and execute community-driven campaigns that elevate brand visibility and engagement
– Leverage Al tools to streamline content creation and increase output without sacrificing quality
– Analyze content performance and iterate based on insights and trends
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with broader company goals
Required skills & Experience
– Proven experience growing social media channels for a B2C brand
– Strong content creation skills across multiple formats (video, social posts, marketing materials).
– Genuine interest and knowledge of personal finance
– Relevant experience with AI editing tools
– Strong ability to balance creativity with strategic execution

This role will be instrumental in shaping how Budgety is perceived by its audience, driving awareness and engagement at scale
